KETO-FRIENDLY TORTILLA, PORK CHORIZO TACOS

Keto Friendly Coconut flour tortillas.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour

  • 6 large Eggs 

  • 1 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk

  • 3/4 tsp Sea salt 

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

Blend ingredients thoroughly let it sit for at least 2 mins. 

STEP 2:

Heat an 8” pan to medium high heat 1 tsp of oil. Pour 1/4cup of batter in the pan. Swirl around and place a lid on and cook covered for 1 min. Flip tortilla and cook uncovered for another min.
